The Willunga Waldorf School is one of a group of independent schools which bases its curriculum and teaching methodology on the educational philosophy of Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925).
Willunga Waldorf School is situated within a kilometre of the historic Willunga Township, approximately 40 kilometres south of Adelaide.
Since the first school opened in Stuttgart, Germany in 1919 Steiner Waldorf schools have spread to every continent and now number around 900, with some 45 of these schools in Australia.
The profound educational insights of Rudolf Steiner continue to inspire educational initiatives in diverse cultures and social conditions around the world.
